I had a path chosen for me -

I was dogmatically told what I believed.

I became bitter and withdrawn.

I was raped.

I became a food addict.

I cut myself.

I became depressed.

I developed the chronic pain condition called fibromyalgia.

I was on the brink of bankruptcy.

I was abandoned or betrayed by people I considered to be family.

I was on so much medication and went through life numb. It didn’t hurt anymore – it didn’t feel at all.

Then I chose.

I chose vibrant, radiant, all consuming health.

I chose contagious, permeating happiness.

I chose unlimited abundance and security.

I chose confidence.

I chose personal responsibility.

I chose to live my life on MY terms….and you can too.

Life is NOT predetermined for you.  Your life is a result of what you choose for yourself.

You simply need to know how to make the right decisions consistently.
